2022 Barrel Select Chardonnay

The bouquet offers white lilies, pomelo, star fruit and vanilla bean. Apricot and almond flavors are enhanced by a well-balanced acidity. Hints of brown butter on the mid-palate transforms to crème brûlée on the finish.

Black Lemon Gouda

Amanti gouda is a double cream gouda with addition of cleansing charcoal and lemon. Texture is smooth and taste is refreshing due to citrusy notes. It is inspired by oriental cuisine and for sure can be a gem of your next charcuterie board.

2021 Primitivo

Aromas of cranberry, cherry, strawberry, cinnamon, and rose petal. Fresh acidity on the palate highlights bright notes of cherry and cranberry that lead to understated tannins ending with the essence of cocoa.

Vat 17 World Cheddar

The creation of this unique cheese began as a quest to capture the best flavor attributes from Cheddars around the world and blend them into one unique cheese. Bold and complex, with a tangy nuttiness that is unsurpassed.

2019 Merlot

Opulent dark cherry, raspberry and fresh rose petal are complimented by rich velvety tannins, red plum and applewood.

Mimolette

Mimolette’s striking appearance features a cratered, almost canteloupe-like rind and a deep orange interior. During the 18-month aging process, the classic French cheese develops its sweet, caramelly notes and crumbly, craggy texture.

2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

A bold aromatic combination of orange peel, baking spice, cracked black pepper, and molasses. On the palate, the spice components take center stage with a complex blend and framed by notes of plum.

Red Wax Gouda

Traditional as it gets, our Red Wax Gouda is creamy with a smooth semi-firm texture. A savory, satisfying Gouda that everyone loves to nibble on, put it on the table and watch it disappear.

2018 Reserve Tannat

Cassis opening to dried plums frame hints of currant and anise. Blackberry and fig on the palate work in harmony with the rich tannins Tannats are known for while creating an elegant and bold mouthfeel.

Red Windsor

Red Windsor is a pinkish white marbled English cheddar laced with Bordeaux wine or a mix of port wine and brandy. The patterned cheese presents the best of both worlds. It has the fruitiness of port and brandy and creamy cheesiness of semi-hard cheddar.
