2023 Sauvignon Blanc

Opening with a crisp honeysuckle note leading to pomelo citrus and melon. The viscous mouthfeel showcases honeydew and white peach, finishing with a grapefruit note.

Ewenique

Ewenique is made with 100% California sheep’s milk, an old favorite that has been re-vamped. It is a gouda-style cheese with notes of fresh cream and starches up front and a finish of warm vanilla and spiced tea.

2021 Grenache

Opening aromas of cranberry lead to notes of nutmeg and subtle flower notes of jasmine. On the palate toffee, caramel, red fruit and cherries, with candied orange peel on the finish. A refreshingly light bodied wine with a stout tannin structure.

Saxony Alpine

An American take on a traditional alpine style cheese, the dense nutty paste has a bright and sweet finish with just a hint of hazelnut and butterscotch on the finish. Saxony is made using summer milk from pasture grazed cows.

2021 Sangiovese

Opening with aromas of cherry cola, vanilla, and the freshness of pencil shavings. On the palate, the delightful essence of dried orange peel, a blend of flowers, and bright cranberry notes, enriched by a subtle custard hint.

Rustic Red

A Helveticus culture was added to a savoury cheddar recipe by mistake. Sweet, nutty caramelized notes combined with a little savoury bite made Rustic Red wonderful cheese.

2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

On the nose, notes of rich layers of ripe currant lead the way, followed by fresh cracked pepper, exotic star anise, and a subtle hint of Turkish tobacco. On the palate, it offers a symphony of sensations, with luscious dark chocolate melding with juicy plum.

Benning

This popular, versatile cheese has a pleasantly mild, fresh taste and pure white color. It is made from light, fresh goats’ milk, formed into the classic Gouda-style wheels and aged to give it great taste and a creamy smooth texture.

2019 Petit Verdot

Experience a symphony of anise, caramel, sarsaparilla, and chaparral, gracefully entwined with luscious dark chocolate and fleshy plum, creating a captivating and sophisticated wine.

Noord Hollander

The milk from the green pastures of North Holland is noticeably sweeter and richer than any other Dutch milk. This four year aged gourmet cheese has deep flavor with caramel overtones and tiny salt crystals.
